Martial Arts Home Workout


Above is a 30 minute martial arts home workout you’re able to follow along with by listening to Bungie’s instruction and using the on screen timer to count down your rounds.

Warm Up:
Skipping (3 x 2 minute rounds / 30 seconds rest between rounds)

Leg Stretching & Kick Strengthening:
Alternated chair supported kicks (3 x 1 minute rounds / 15 seconds rest between roudns)

Combination Techniques:
Keep repeating 1 technique per round. (3X 1 minute rounds)

Combination 1 – (1 minute high speed and full strength):
Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Jab, Cross

Combination 2 – (1 minute high speed and full strength):
Double Jab, Hook Kick

Combination 3 – (1 minute high speed and full strength):
Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Spinning Back Kick

Abs – (1 Minute each exercise):

Please remember this online video is a guide of how we can continue our martial arts and fitness training from home. If you want to up the intensity of the workout, add an additional minute to each round and feel the burn.
