On Saturday the 11th November we attended the British Karate Federation British championships with the BKA Wales squad. Sion Rees competed in the cadet 16 to 18 categories; he had an excellent start winning his first 2 fights. He lost to the winner in the semi finals and had to fight off in repercharge for the Bronze medal, which unfortunately he lost, eventually placed 5th. He fought so well he deserved that 3rd place, next time!
